Processing & Delivery Times
• Trinidad: Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days.
• Tobago: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days via Contracted Courier or TTPOST (TTPOST delivery times varies and isn't within our control).

Payment Requirements
 • COD or Linx accepted for Trinidad deliveries only 
• Tobago deliveries and all TTPOST shipments require payment in full before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
• Customers are responsible for all delivery fees associated with returns or exchanges.
• Any refunds issued will exclude the original shipping cost and/or any return delivery fees.

Additional Information
• Delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak shopping seasons.
• Once dispatched, you will be provided with tracking information where available.
